The Waterfront - San Francisco

The Waterfront has, unarguably, one of the best views of any restaurant in town, with sweeping vistas of the San Francisco Bay and the Bay Bridge . The food is decent enough (the restaurant specializes in seafood), and the service can be spotty- but most patrons go in order to sit out on the patio, relax, enjoy a glass of wine, reflect on their day, and soak up the wonderful view. That, in and of itself, is reason enough to go!

Tip: Parking nearby is limited and pricey, so plan to go to the Waterfront when you plan on walking around the Embarcadero or making a visit to the Ferry Building.
