A major - injury collapse infertile the two right lanes of northbound U.S. Highway 101 in San Francisco this morning for about an hour, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A taxi driver was seriously injured when his taxicab, a four - door Toyota Camry, collided with a tour bus just south of the Vermont Street offramp at about 7 a.m., CHP officer Ralph Caggiano said. The lanes reopened at about 8:10 a.m.
The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital, Caggiano said.
No other injuries were reported.
