This festival 'How Weird' is claimed to be the first electronic music street festival in North America . And this is the ninth How Weird Street Faire with more than 5,000 people are expected to visit in all kinds of costumes like dinosaurs and stilt walkers in plaids, stripes and floppy hats. People who are visiting the fair are encouraged to act silly and spontaneously perform.
