GeoSpot has been chosen by the San Francisco International Children's Games (ICG) 2008 to organize the upcoming generation interactive map browser on the web to help Games contributors, event visitors and tourists can discover well-off information, services, and other activities related with hundreds of destinations and businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area.
A mobile version of the location browser is predcited to be accessible by the time the Game begins to provide real-time updates of scores, schedule changes, transportation services, and operating status of nearby businesses or leisure services.

EarthLink, the Internet service giver, which is rising a plan to blanket San Francisco with free Wi-Fi, has again delayed answer with city headers, and a new statement by the company's fresh leader has some at City Hall wondering if the deal is dead.
At the demand of EarthLink, a Board of Supervisors committee agreed last week to wait for a month the hearing on the proposed deal among the city and company. The vote came just days after the company's new leader executive officer said the company is re-apprising its Wi-Fi business.
