52-year-old man crooked in June of stealing a janitor's van near San Francisco's Pier 26 before two years after holding him at gunpoint and bound him with computer cords was sentenced to almost 24 years in prison, the region attorney's office reported this week.
A San Francisco Superior Court jury crooked Vincent Nieve of San Francisco, on nine crime charges stalked from the 2004 carjacking, purposeful for two hours after a three-day trial, according to the district attorney's office.
Nieve was sentenced to 23 years and eight months in state jail on the Friday.
