Police have arrested a 24-year-old San Francisco man on manslaughter charges in the death of a martial arts instructor from San Jose.
Kyle Adams, 24, is being held on one count of manslaughter and two counts of assault in the Jan. 30 attack that led to the loss of Chad Ferreira, 27, of San Jose.
Police slaughter Inspector Kervin Silas said both men had been drinking before the event happened on the 2300 block of Market Street near Castro Street.
