London Wine Bar - San Francisco

Located in the Financial district, the London Wine Bar sports a 13,000 bottle wine inventory. It is classic British pub décor, but it is known as America’s first wine bar. Most of the wine is from small California vineyards though they do have a nice selection of French and Austrailian wines as well. Plus they serve champagne, sparkling wine, port, sherry and beer on tap.

The London Wine Bar is said to be the first wine bar in America. There are many wine connoisseurs that are grateful for introducing the concept. The London Wine Bar is a great place to go with friends and enjoy a good conversation along with a glass of wine.

Hours of Operation are Monday through Friday, 11.30am until 9.00pm. Luncheon is served until 2.30pm and appetizers are available throughout the afternoon and evening.
