Joanne from Sacramento - Three from our family went on the San Francisco Tour with Jerry and then transferred to the Muir Woods Tour with one of your other guides. Jerry is amazing. He has a vast knowledge about the various locations in San Francisco. We were very pleased with our tour in San Francisco. We also enjoyed the Muir Woods tour but the guide (guides – there seemed to be more than one on our tour) didn’t have the personality and information that Jerry did. One of the guides was also arguing with the shuttle driver… I give! I realize there are more things to talk about in the city and Muir Woods does speaks for itself. We never could have seen as much in San Francisco on our own. The tour was wonderful. Thank you!

The O'Malley's from United States - I, along with my two sisters, was on the 5-hour tour on Friday, September 21st. Tatiana was our guide and Alvin was our driver. Alvin did not have a lot to say but he delivered us from spot to spot safely and in a timely manner. Tatiana was a wealth of information and had a good sense of humor. One suggestion…having to eat lunch in Sausalito made it impossible to see much more of the city. I would suggest that you advise passengers to either eat before boarding the ferry (in the wonderful ferry building), or bring a bag lunch on board which they can eat between destinations. I will recommend this tour to anyone I know who is going to visit SF. It included more sites and made more stops than any of the others I investigated. Worth every penny spent.

On the first day we were there we had booked a tour of the city and it was definitely a great way to start out holiday! Our tour guide was Tom and he was great - very informative and friendly ( I can't remember the drivers name I'm afraid but he was also a friendly guy). Getting to see so many highlights of the city in one day was great and it was nice to be able to not have to think about where to go next or how to get there. I can't recommend the tour enough.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say that the Day 1 tour through the city was wonderful. We enjoyed this tour immensely, due in large part to our guide Jason Cohen. He was pleasant, fun and informative. I would recommend this tour to everyone. It has a much more personal feel than the large bus tours.

Even though I had been in town for the two days prior and had explored some on my own, I would have never been able to see all that your tour provided. In addition, Paul our tour guide, was a wealth of information. That alone made the tour more meaningful to me. Lindsey from Tennessee- I took the Day 1 tour on Sunday, February 4th and really enjoyed myself. The tour covered many of the city's highlights while also taking you off of the beaten path. We covered a lot of ground in those 5 hours and it was worth every minute. Jason (guide) and Kim (driver) were wonderful. It is by far one of the best tours I've ever been on. Dan from Carlsbad : I can't help myself, I have another suggestion! It's about the Ferry Building (your tour start location). We loved it so much, that we wished we had gotten there an hour earlier than we did so we could explore it more and have lunch there. We had NO idea what it contained. I would think that if you suggest people show there an hour or so earlier, it would benefit them and your tour (everyone would be on time!). As well, I would suggest people have lunch at the Ferry Building BEFORE your tour. The choices are about the same or possibly even better than Sausalito, and it would free up peoples time once they get to Sausalito, for shopping, art galleries and exploring! When I do suggest your tour to people, that's exactly what I'll be suggesting they do. Again, just a thought. :)

in October. It’s a very well thought out tour that includes most of the places likely to be of interest to overseas tourists. When we were on this tour we were fortunate enough to have Jason as our guide. Not only was he very relaxed and well organized but he also proved to have a huge amount of knowledge about the city and affection for it – and this he was happy to share. We thoroughly enjoyed his commentary which included historical information, discussions about key citizens past and present and also included fascinating descriptions of various significant buildings in the city – a number of which we then visited as part of the tour. It was a most professional and enjoyable performance.

As far as suggesting any additions to the tour, we felt everything was superb, from the pacing, background of each district in passing and the fact that we (as natives were impressed by access to AT&T Park, the victorian home (excellent by the way!) and just that it is such a different tour to offer visitors! Mike from West Virginia: I was in town for an ERA Real Estate Convention and had 4 total in my party. We all loved the tour. After much research on the internet, I selected San Francisco Shuttle Tours and actually did see other competitors during our tour. Those on the large buses did not seem to be having as much fun and seeing as much as we were. The fact that we had a guide that was not the bus driver was the most important part. Our guide, Joyce, was very knowledgeable of the entire area - the culture, the history, and the feelings of the times. She was great. I would recommend this to anybody that desired a good - not all day tour. We took over 400 pictures so there are very many and very good photo opportunities.

Dan from San Diego: I saw this tour mentioned on tripadvisor.com. I didn't know what to think of it because they didn't pickup at Fisherman's Wharf where all the other tours pickup. I was worried that it was one of those off-the-path tours. WAS I WRONG! This was by far the best city tour I have ever been on. The Tour Guide was great and offered our group of 8 personal attention. I don't remember his name. The free drinks was a nice touch! Afterall, I think the ferry building was a better place to start the tour. Your customers can email me for a few months.

Lombard Street – but we were told it was not part of the tour! It made it fun anyway!

It was my first visit to the Bay area and I had booked the tour in advance from Athens Greece before I left. Our tour guide Jerry was really good!!!! He spent so much time explaining the details of the city in an adventurous and humourous way that provoked interest and formed a rapport between him and all the members of the group. I still hold my breath when we drive through a tunnel and make a wish!!! This was Sharen's, our driver's advice. It was an enriching and memorable experience and the best introduction to a very special city...I'll be back!!! For a 5 hour tour Paul had a big job in keeping everyone entertained. He was marvellous, funny (not cheesy), and knowledgeable on San Franciso. All our details were there when we arrived ( one is always anxious when booking on the internet ) We had great weather which Deane our tour guide assured us was atypical for this time of year . After travelling from so far away it set the tone for a wonderful vacation. I think Deane was a consummate tour guide, couldn't ask for better guide (he really was A+) The tour gave an excellent overview of the attractions of SF. No regrets booking with you.

Jason was a great guide and Kim did great job as our driver. I wish I had more time here to learn more about this fine city. I will be back soon. Having the free cold drinks helped a lot. I ate at one of the restraunts Jason recommend - - what a lunch it was. I plan on doing day 2 of the tour when I return to San Francisco soon.
