Baker Beach - San Francisco

For a stunning and picturesque view of the Golden Gate Bridge this stretch of sand is the place to be. Baker Beach, part of the Presidio lands is located off of Lincoln Blvd. A mile-long beach which at times have large waves, undertow and rip currents that make the beach unsafe for swimming, but it provides panoramic views of the Golden Gate Bridge, Marin Headlands and Lands End. Restrooms and picnic tables are nearby.

H Go down the stairs just off Lincoln Blvd and walk south along the sand where you can see the Golden Gate Bridge reaching across to the Marin Headlands directly across the bay. This part of the beach is popular among the nudists.
