Alcatraz tickets (from anywhere) can only be sold as part of a Tour Combo (restricted by Parks Service). There is also a strict limit per day that can go to Alcatraz for crowd control purposes and that limit is 3,000 people/day - that is all! With over 200,000 daily visitors trying to get one of 3,000 tickets it becomes impossible and frustrating. Then we see people desperate and end up with one of those shady ticket brokers where they might end up selling them a fake ticket for $120 and they are nowhere to be found afterwards. Our City/Alcatraz combo is set for the first or the last sail time per day (depending on which tour below you select), thus you'll visit Alcatraz the same day of your city tour
Our Angel Island/Alcatraz/Highlights City Tour is set for the first sail time per day. Angel Island will be after Alcatraz you will need to do nothing to prepare for that. Then our City Highlights Tour will be on the day after your Alcatraz tour
